I'm tutoring a student this summer and we are currently reading Antigone. The bookstore only had one copy of a more modern translation. The saleslady assured me that it was a very good translation and was very close to the real deal. A recent session went something like this:

Grace: reading part of Antigone, reading part of Antigone, reading part of Antigone

Greg: reading part of Nurse, reading part of Nurse, reading part of Nurse...Antigone you are a brazen hussy.

Grace:

Greg: brazen hussy. did I pronounce that correctly?
