***in the grocery store I was looking at purchasing some flat bread in the bread section today and a lady wandered by and sang its praises and told me how much weight I would drop if I substituted it for regular bread. .... so .... no 5.5 month 'bump' for grace..just some lumps in all the wrong places. bread purchased.
