Just 11ish more weeks of bump photos to endure, folks. You can do it, I know you can.
I've written and raved about White Plum before and I'm back to do it again because I'm a little bit of a White Plum fanatic especially when it comes to their tunics (not pregnant/pregnant/postpartum). I'm not especially tall (5' 7'') but I always have a hard time finding tunics that are true tunics and not just glorified long shirts but their inventory fits the bill. As a matter of principle and having lived in leggings for my last two pregnancies I'm trying to wear more real pants (the rest of the third trimester is laughing in my face - we'll see how long my resolve lasts) and I've found that I reach for tunics rather than actual maternity shirts because they are a lot more comfortable and flattering on my rapidly expanding thorax. I love how breathable yet durable the material is especially as we transition into glorious warmer temperatures and they don't turn me into a perspiration station of "oh, that's just my glow!"
But! They don't just specialize in tunics ... they have a gorgeous selection of both skirts and dresses that are both sensible and fashionable and always lined (thank you!!!) and hold up well in the face of grubby kiddo hands and stains and wear and tear. And truly you can't go wrong with anything on their carefully curated site (Palazzo pants, anyone?). Even Julia is a huge fan of their kids' leggings because they are so soft and stretchy and are the only brand we haven't found to rip easily which is a huge bonus for me as I deal with the boys' penchants for ruining many a pair of their pants.
I'm sure you've got a wedding or a graduation or a something special coming up and if you're wanting to find something fun and fancy to wear might I suggest scouring their site and using the discount code: CAMPPATTON25 for 25% off your entire order until 4/21. I already cheated and used it myself to order more short sleeve tunics.
And if you're feeling especially lucky ... White Plum is giving away a $150 credit to one lucky Camp reader.
Best of Rafflecopter luck to you AND you!
You're the cutest pregnant girl (woman? lady?)!!! ;-)

ReplyDeleteI like the Riley Shift Dress. Well, actually there were others I liked more but since most of my closet is stripes and/or navy blue, I forced myself to pick something not navy or striped. Have you written a post about wearing non-maternity clothes while pregnant? I find that such a challenge.
ReplyDelete"Not especially tall?" I have the opposite struggle in finding maternity clothes; I am 5'2" and most clothing manufacturers don't make clothes that are both maternity and petite. Perhaps you could wield your blogging influence to convince White Plum to release a line of clothing for those of us who live very close to the ground? ;)
ReplyDeleteLoving the Valencia tunic and the Verona tunic dress!
ReplyDeleteI love tunics and they can be so hard to find! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI would love to try some of their tunics (their button tunics look fun, or their more generic Karina tunic), but I bought a pair of their fleece lined leggings this fall and was really disappointed. They were super comfortable the first day I wore them, but they started to pill the next day, and stretched out to the point I had to pull them up every 15 minutes. I ended up just throwing them away! How have you found the quality of their other items to be? I love their styles and selection, but am hesitant to order another cheap piece of clothing that won't last.
ReplyDeleteThe Penelope Pleated Skirt is adorable!
ReplyDeleteLove White Plum! I get their email every day and always want it ALL!
ReplyDeleteYou look spectacular my friend. I totally hear you when it comes to the tunic. It's the Holy Grail for us long waisted tall girls. Love them.
