In my most humble opinion, there are just some matches that hold a higher seat in heaven than others. For example! We've got: peanut butter + chocolate in any way shape or form, warm tortilla chips + guacamole, small children + lengthy afternoon naps, iced coffee for Mom + said lengthy afternoon naps, and because I love both Minnetonka moccasins for our entire family and Kidizen for ALL the kids ... I can happily add the Minnetonka + Kidizen partnership to the esteemed list. 

In the event that you've been sneakily living under a boulder for years on end ... Minnetonka makes and sells boots, moccasins, slippers, sandals (even wedges!) for men (well, no wedges - sorry guys), women, and children and are both remarkably well-made, comfortable, and stylin'. I've said it before but I love that most kids' styles are gender neutral and can just be passed down and down and down again. Although! Julia was pretty tickled that she finally got a pair of pink Thunderbirds since she's been asking for quite some time. 

And in case you've missed my many happy rants about the genius that is Kidizen .... Kidizen is an online marketplace where you can both sell and buy gently used quality name brand (like Minnetonka - they have loads of Minnetonkas in their shops!) kids' clothing (and I've seen maternity clothing in some shops) all from the comfort and ease of a dangerously user-friendly app on your phone. Shipping is always included in the seller's price and there are often discounts for bundles purchased and in case you aren't quite ready to pull the trigger on an item but said item is sitting patiently in your cart ... Kidizen will email you if/when the price drops AND if someone else puts it in their cart so you can snatch it up if you so desire. I've found some incredible deals (shoes, especially) for the kids on Kidizen and honestly can't say enough good things about the mom-founded company and service. I should be a lot more embarrassed to admit that I have 26 items in my cart (a lot of newborn stuff! a lot hinges on the he/she factor) currently but I'm not. At all.
